Accommodations
Our Kennels are situated so that each dog has a private space which is out of the visual range of the other dogs staying with us—thus minimizing the anxiety and barking (cage aggression) that often results from viewing a “strange” dog. Most of our kennels also include a private outdoor space—accessed through a large walk-through opening—allowing your dog to come and go as he or she wishes and enjoy the fresh air on nice days. They also include a raised hammock style bed and blanket.

Peace Of Mind
We understand how hard it is to have to leave your dog behind when you travel. That’s why we go the extra mile to see that your dog makes a smooth transition to our facility. Our clients tell us that they experience real peace of mind from knowing that their dogs are not just treated well, but are also shown genuine affection.
Our goal is to meet your expectations in every way when it comes to the care and safe-keeping of your family member. We’ve built our business around honest and clear communication with dog owners.
We take great pains to get to know each dog on an individual basis. We understand the special needs of older dogs, for example. We take note of habits, mobility issues, and are scrupulous about adhering to schedules for daily medications.
For the duration of your pet’s stay with us, your dog is “our” dog. That’s why we do everything we can to make him or her feel welcome, cared for, and loved.
Round The Clock Care
Acclimation Policy
We require new dogs to come spend the day with us to assure we are able to care for them and handle them. We want to make sure we are a right fit for the dog as well as the parent. We want to assure the owner that the dog will have a good boarding experience and will not be stressed. The acclimation experience allows the dog to have a positive experience and assures the owner their dog will be cared for with love while they are away. Vaccine requirements must be met and there is a $15.00 charge for the day. We only require this for boarding clients. It also makes a great day to introduce the dog to PlayCamp with other dogs.
This is for the wellbeing and safety of the dog. We want happy healthy pets’ not scared and sick dogs. We do not want to call the clients and ruin their vacations because their dog is not handling the boarding experience well. This process is important to the dog and the owner. It makes the experience of being away from your dog easier and a positive.
Each dog has a unique personality and distinctive temperaments. We want to make sure that we are a match for your dog and you. Leaving your dog for a 4-6 hour period then returning to pick your dog up makes the experience less scary when they board. They know you will return for them and they enjoy their boarding easier. We prefer to do this acclimation day Monday – Thursday but will be happy to work with and around everyone’s busy schedules.
- We do not allow dogs in heat.
- We do not accept aggressive dogs; we must be able to handle and feed the dog.
- We do not accept excessive barkers: this is stressful to not only the barker but to the other guests as well.
- We will need manager approval on boarding your dog after a recent surgery.

Comfortable, Clean and Quiet Surroundings
Open Door Policy
At AllDogs it is our goal to provide your dog with an environment that is free of disease, ticks, and fleas. We highly recommend that your dog be treated monthly for fleas with a topical treatment such as Frontline or Frontline Plus, especially through the summer months. As a part of our check in procedure every pet is thoroughly inspected for fleas, ticks, and parasites. If we find evidence of fleas, ticks, etc.., we will treat your pet appropriately for the problem and your account will be charged accordingly. We thank you for your help and your understanding in keeping our guests free of disease, ticks, and fleas.

Flea Policy
Unlike many other pet care facilities, we offer an “open door” policy at AllDogs. You are welcome to come see your dog at any time, and we love to provide prospective clients (and their dogs) with tours. We take a great deal of pride in our operation, and it shows in everything we do.
