We have 24 hour availability for our guest’s convenience. Once the lobby is closed you are still able to pick up or drop off your dog. There is a $10.00 after hour fee for dogs that are boarding with us. We provide you with a back line cell phone so that you always have access to check on or pick up your dog 365 days a year. If your dog has been at playcamp or in the spa for the day there is no charge to pick up after lobby hours. We only charge an after-hour pick up fee for dogs that have been boarding with us and that pick up after the lobby has closed.
